Honey is the purest and least adulterated foodstuff nature provides us with. Our work is focused on preserving this purity throughout the various phases of honey production. «We see beekeeping as an on-going process of improvement and research, aimed at achieving the highest quality and genuineness of the honeys making up our selection». From hives positioned in uncontaminated fields to a delicate collection method that safeguards the bees; from honey extraction to the filtering and decanting phases, followed by jar packaging and distribution: we accurately control each phase of the production chain to guarantee a simple and transparent quality. Our honey is never subjected to heat treatments so as not to alter its physical-chemical and organoleptic characteristics and to preserve all of its beneficial properties intact.
NATURAL - We treat the raw material as little as possible to ensure that it reaches the consumer in all of its original purity.
MONOFLORAL - We offer monofloral honeys with an accurate aromatic profile resulting from an attentive positioning of the hives during the various flowering periods.
TERRITORIAL - Our honeys have a strong territorial identity; they recount their land of origin, the flowers and fragrances of the places in which the bees have been foraging.
NO BLENDS - We do not blend differently sourced batches of honey because we do all we can to preserve the typical characteristics of a certain production area.
NO PASTEURIZATION - We choose not to pasteurize honey but prefer to respect its organoleptic qualities and territorial identity, while safeguarding its natural health-giving properties. RARE - We have a selection of rare and precious monofloral honeys from some of the most favourable honey-producing areas in Italy and elsewhere.
