Our alpine flower honey is produced in Valle Maira, a beautiful, still wild and unspoiled valley that climbs from the Cuneo plain to the French border. Here in June, when the meadows are covered with colorful and fragrant flowers (yarrow, rhododendron, bellflower, wild thyme), bees collect honey with unique qualities.
With a beige color tending to amber, the mountain honey crystallizes rather slowly, taking on a very pleasant consistency on the palate. Its floral and slightly aromatic note makes it one of the most popular and versatile honeys.
