Descrizione

Among all the italian honeys, Arbutus honey is one of the rarest and most valuable. It is in fact produced in a very small area and late in the season, when the weather conditions often make the work of bees difficult. This means that the productions are always rather small.

Flower (Latin): Arbutus Unedo (Ericaceae)

Pairing

It goes very well with cheeses, in particular with long-aged, spicy or fatty cheeses. Excellent for the preparation of sweets (seadas) and alcoholic infusions.
