Descrizione

It is the therapeutic honey par excellence. In fact, it contains a very high concentration of Metiglioxal (MGO), an organic compound from the aldehyde family that gives this honey numerous beneficial properties. These are mainly anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiseptic, antiviral, antioxidant and healing properties. These properties are much more pronounced the higher the MGO degree of Manuka honey is.
