The best vegetables grown under the sun of the Roero hills are processed fresh and put in olive oil following a recipe that has been handed down for generations. Simple and traditional dish, typical of popular wisdom, when it was customary to enclose all the summer sun in a vase and free it on cold winter days.
Ingredients
Mixed vegetables in variable proportion 58% (cauliflower, celery, blonde onion, carrot, fennel, pepper, green beans), olive oil 41%, wine vinegar, white wine, water, cooking salt. It may contain sulfites as a residue of wine and wine vinegar.
Pairing
Excellent for am appetizing aperitif. Excellent paired with tuna for a simple and tasty dish.
