The best vegetables grown under the sun of the Roero hills are processed fresh and sweet and sour following a recipe that has been handed down for generations. Simple and traditional dish, typical of popular wisdom, when it was customary to enclose all the summer sun in a vase and free it on cold winter days.
Mixed vegetables in variable proportion 58% (cauliflower, celery, blonde onion, carrot, fennel, pepper), wine vinegar, water, cooking salt, sugar. It may contain sulfites as a residue of wine vinegar.
Excellent for a tantalizing aperitif. Excellent paired with tuna for a simple and tasty dish.
