Ingredients
Cheeses 50% (Fontina P.D.O. 28%, table cheeses), water, cream, summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) 3%, cornstarch, egg yolk, melting salt: sodium citrate, preservative: sorbic acid, flavorings.
Pairing
Ideal condiment for pasta, gnocchi and rice. Perfect with meat and vegetables.
Preservation
Keep in a cool, dry and protected from light place. After opening, keep refrigerated and use within few days.
