Pesto of exceptional quality, produced strictly following the rules of tradition with 35% of DOP Genoese basil. but without garlic.
Ingredients
Extravirgin olive oil 57%, Genoese basil DOP 26%, Salt, Cashews, Vegetal fiber, Grana padano and Pecorino romano cheese (milk, rennet, salt, Lysozyme: egg protein), Pine nuts, Acidity regulator: citric acid.
Pairing
Unsurpassed with the inevitable trofie. Also try it with gnocchi or as a condiment for lasagna.
Preservation
Keep in a cool, dry and protected from light place. After opening, keep refrigerated and use within few days.
