Ingredients
Italian tomato, sausage (pork meat origin Italy, glucose, white wine 1%, herbs) 40%, onion, extra virgin olive oil, salt, sugar, garlic, sage, acidity regulator: acitric acid. It may contain sulphites.
Pairing
Excellent with polenta. Excellent seasoning for gnocchi and pasta of all kinds.
Preservation
Keep in a cool, dry and protected from light place. After opening, keep refrigerated and use within 5 days.
