Ingredients
Nuts 32% oil, sunflower seeds, cashew nuts, bread (wheat flour type "0", vegetable oil, yeast, sea salt, malted wheat flour), Olive oil.
Pairing
Ideal with classic pansotti with walnut sauce (Genoese recipe). Also try with all types of pasta, both long and short or spread on tasty canapes.
Preservation
Keep in a cool, dry and protected from light place. After opening, keep refrigerated and use within few days.
