The hazelnut cake is a sweet symbol of the gastronomic tradition of Piedmont and in particular of the Langhe. Here the proposal is the traditional recipe WITH 48% of Piedmont IGP hazelnuts, eggs and a pinch of our honey to give taste and softness.


P.G.I.PIEMONTE HAZELNUTS 48%, EGGS, sugar, BUTTER, potato flour, leavening agent: sodium pirofosfate, sodium bicarbonate, honey, rhum liquor.


Taste it with zabaglione or with a glass of Moscato d'Asti d.o.c.g.
