Description
The classic rubat� breadsticks, a typical specialty of the Piedmontese gastronomic tradition, covered with fine dark chocolate. A union between two typically Piedmontese excellences in the name of taste and authenticity.
Ingredients
Breadsticks 42%: soft wheat flour type 00, extra virgin olive oil 4%, salt, barley malt, yeast. Coverage 58%: dark chocolate - cocoa min. 60% (Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier E322 sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavor). It may contain traces of eggs, milk, soy, sesame and other nuts.
Pairing
Excellent with a cup of tea or paired with a glass of Moscato d'Asti d.o.c.g.
