The hazelnut cake is a sweet symbol of the gastronomic tradition of Piedmont and in particular of the Langhe. Here the traditional Piedmont PGI hazelnut-based recipe is embellished with delicious chocolate drops. This cake does not contain gluten.


P.G.I. PIEMONTE HAZELNUTS 46%, sugar, EGGS, dark chocolate 10% (cocoa butter, sugar, emulsifying: SOY lecitin, cocoa paste, cocoa: 46% min.), Italian extra virgin olive oil 4%, preservative: potassium sorbate


Taste it with zabaglione or with a glass of Moscato d'Asti d.o.c.g.
