A great classic of Roman cuisine, this sauce has now established itself as one of the most loved in all of Italy. For our recipe we only use the best pecorino romano D.O.P.


Water, Pecorino romano PDO cheese 40% (sheep's milk, rennet, salt), Cornstarch, Black pepper (origin EU/NON EU) 0,5%, Emulsifying salt: E331, Preservative: Sorbic acid, Acidity regulator: citric acid.


Ideal on pasta (bucatini, spaghetti, tonnarelli). Try it also with risotto.


Keep in a cool, dry and protected from light place. After opening, keep refrigerated and use within 5 days.
