Handcrafted salamini in which the precious truffle is added. Following a recipe that has been handed down for generations, they are preserved in seed oil. The choice of this oil favors conservation and does not alter the taste of the raw material.
Ingredients
Salami 52% (Pork meat, salt, Black truffle (Tuber Aestivum) 1%, sugars: dextrose and sucrose, flavorings, spices. Antioxidant: E301, Preservatives E250, E252), Sunflower oil 48%.
