Description
Handcrafted salamini in which the king of wines is added, the prized Barolo. Following a recipe that has been handed down for generations, they are preserved in seed oil. The choice of this oil favors conservation and does not alter the taste of the raw material.
Ingredients
Salami 55% (Italian pork meat, salt, Barolo wine D.O.C.G. 1% (contains sulphites), sugars: dextrose, aromas, spices. Antioxidant: E301,E300, preservatives: E250, E252), Sunflower seeds oil 45%.

Perfect as an appetizer or a tasty aperitif.
