Description
Extra quality jam, prepared with the best seasonal Sicilian oranges and cane sugar. The fruit content is very high (120%). In fact, 120 g of Apricot are used to produce 100 g of jam. The fruit, abundant and in pieces, gives taste and pleasure to the palate. Brown sugar adds sweetness and roundness.
Ingredients
Sicily oranges with pieces of peel, cane sugar. Fruit used: 75g x 100g. Total sugar: 55g x 100g
Pairing
Ideal for spreading or for the preparation of cakes and pies.
Preservation
Keep in a cool, dry and protected from light place. After opening, keep refrigerated and use within few days.
