This quality extra jam is prepared using the best seasonal peaches, macaroons and cocoa. The fruit content is very high (120%).
In fact, 120 g of peaches are used to produce 100 g of jam. The peaches, abundant and in pieces, are combined with amaretti and cocoa for a really tasty recipe, typical of the Piedmontese tradition.
Peaches (120g x 100g of product), cane sugar, almonds macaroons 3% (cane sugar, almond 30%, egg whites), cocoa powder 0,5% (cocoa powder, acidity regulator: potassium carbonate). It may contain traces of peanut, milk other nuts and sesame.
