Description
The cougn� is a typical sauce of the Langhe and Roero that combines many of the excellences of this splendid territory. Made from grape must, it is enriched with apples, pears, walnuts and hazelnuts.
Ingredients
Piedmont D.O.C. 70% Moscato, Pears, Renette Apples, Figs, Sugar, Piedmont HAZELNUT PGI, Honey, Cinnamon, Carnation, Marsala wine. It may contain SULPHITES
Pairing
Its sweet and particularly fruity flavor makes it a perfect accompaniment to all types of cheese, even the tastiest. Also try it together with mixed boiled meat.

Keep in a cool, dry and protected from light place.
