Mustard prepared in an artisanal way with only mustard, sugar and the best candied fruit according to the ancient tradition of Cremona.
Ingredients
Mixed fruit in varying proportions (apricots, peaches, clementine, cherries, plums, pears, figs, pumpkin, citrus, melon), sugar, glucose syrup, mustard flavor. Foods colorant: erythrosine. Preservatives: potassium sorbate, sulfur dioxide (treatment residue)
Pairing
Excellent to accompany mixed boiled meat. Try it also with aged cheeses.
