Description
This honey is produced during the pollination of apple trees when, at the request of fruit growers, the hives are brought to the apple orchards for the bees to carry out the pollination work or the transport of pollen from the anther to the stigma of the flower. This process is essential to reach the subsequent development of the fruit.
Pairing
Excellent in combination with fresh soft cheeses and mountain pasture cheeses. Due to its characteristic flavor it is also excellent spread on bread or as table honey.
