The recipes are simple and tasty: high quality Italian Carnaroli superfino rice, vacuum packed and mixed with prime quality ingredients, with no added glutamate. This product does not consist in pre-cooked rice but a proper risotto of excellent quality which, after just eighteen minutes’ cooking, is ready to serve without the use of stock cubes.
