Only the best superfine carnaroli rice, without glutamate with the addition of cheese and pepper, for a risotto that reinterprets the famous Roman recipe. A healthy and tasty dish, easy to prepare and ready in minutes. Just add water and, if desired, a drizzle of oil, a knob of butter or half a glass of white wine when cooked.
