Cheeses 50% (Fontina P.D.O. 28%, table cheeses), water, cream, cornstarch, egg yolk, melting salt: sodium citrate, preservative: sorbic acid.

Preservation
Keep in a cool, dry and protected from light place. After opening, keep refrigerated and use within few days.
