Ingredients
Italian peppers, parsley origin Italy 34%, anchovies 5% (FAO area 37), olive oil, sugar, garlic, wine vinegar, bread crumbs (wheat flour, natural yeast), salt.
Pairing
Ideal accompaniment to the classic Piedmontese mixed boiled meat. Also perfect with grilled or spit-roasted meat. Try it to make the tongue in sauce.
Preservation
Keep in a cool, dry and protected from light place. After opening, keep refrigerated and use within few days.
