It is perhaps the most typical sauce of Piedmontese gastronomy, a true icon of a territory. Produced according to a recipe that has been handed down for generations, here is our bagna cauda.
Ingredients
Garlic (origin Italy) 60%, Anchovies (FAO zone 34) 24%, Extra virgin olive oil, Salt, Cream, acidity regulator: citric acid.
Pairing
Ideal for dipping raw vegetables (peppers, Jerusalem artichokes, cardoons and cabbage) or cooked (potatoes, onions) or to garnish baked peppers.
Preservation
Keep in a cool and dry place. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume after boiling.
