The sauces we are showing in this page are all coming from the best gastronomic Piedmonts tradition. The hot red sauce, the grapes “Mostarda” (in Piedmont called Cougna), the green sauce, the Bagna Cauda sauce are an amazing meeting with the taste and the food culture of ancient Piedmont.
