The Atlas of Honey represents a tasting journey to discover the 18 main Italian unifloral honeys. Italy is probably the country in the world where more types of honey can be produced.
This happens thanks to the incredible variety of environments, territories and climates: the extreme biodiversity present from North to South throughout our peninsula.
This Atlas of Honeys wants to be a tribute to this richness, through the product that more than others is a direct expression of the territory and its characteristics: Honey. Brezzo has been producing and selecting the best types of italian honeys for more than sixty years. This box, which contains 18 of the main single-flower honeys, gives all fans a unique tasting experience.
