Ingredients
Sunflower oil (origin EU), pasteurized whole egg (origin Italy) 10%, Tuna (FAO area 34-47) 10%, lemon juice, wine vinegar, mustard (water, mustard seeds, brandy vinegar, spices, caramelized sugar syrup), anchovies (FAO area 34), capers, sugar, salt. Preservative: sodium benzoate.
Pairing
Excellent with tuna sauce or over roasted peppers. Try it to fill tasty sandwiches or sandwiches.
Preservation
Keep in a cool, dry and protected from light place. After opening, keep refrigerated and use within few days.
