Ingredients
Borettane onions 66%, balsamic vinegar of Modena I.G.P. (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, caramel E150d) 10%, water, white wine, honey vinegar, sugar, salt, natural flavors (bay leaf, carnation, rosemary, juniper).
Pairing
Perfect as an accompaniment to roasts and meat in general. Also excellent as a delicious aperitif.
Preservation
Keep in a cool, dry and protected from light place. After opening, keep refrigerated and use within few days.
