This integral sea salt is collected according to the traditional method in the millenary salt of Cervia, famous for having been the salt of the Popes for centuries. Naturally dried, it is not bleached or ground to keep it rich in all the trace elements present in sea water. Its main characteristics are the medium-small grains and the pleasantly sweet flavor that makes it truly unique.
