Ideal for giving taste, color and flavor to appetizers, first courses, main courses and desserts.To best savor the saffron risotto it is recommended to use 10 stigmas per person: with 0.5g of saffron, a risotto for 8 people (about 800g of rice) is then seasoned. The stigmas should be infused in half a cup of hot water for 4 to 8 hours. The longer the infusion time, the better the final result, thanks to the slow release of the unmistakable flavor of saffron. Cook the risotto and, when cooked, add the infusion.
