Ingredients
Sunflower oil (origin EU), pasteurized whole egg (origin Italy) 11%, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, sugar, salt. Preservative: sorbic acid.
Pairing
Excellent as an ingredient for Russian salad or veal with tuna sauce. Exceptional with fish.
Preservation
Keep in a cool, dry and protected from light place. After opening, keep refrigerated and use within 10 days.
