The madernassa pear is a type of pear typical of the Langa and Roero hills, perfect to be cooked and enjoyed with wine. We select the best Madernassa pears harvested on the sunny hills of the Roero and process them by hand, putting them under a syrup based on Nebbiolo d'Alba according to a recipe that has been handed down for generations.

�Madernassa� pears 66%, water, Langhe D.O.C. Nebbiolo wine 11%, sugar. It contains sulfites. 1,8% vol.
