Description
Handcrafted with selected raw materials and according to the traditional recipe. This aurora sauce, tasty and delicate at the same time, is at its best with fish dishes.
Ingredients
Sunflower oil (origin EU), Italian tomato, pasteurized whole egg (origin Italy) 9%, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, sugar, salt, apple vinegar, corn starch. Preservative: sorbic acid.
Pairing
Excellent in combination with baked salmon or in the traditional shrimp cocktail.
Preservation
Keep in a cool, dry and protected from light place. After opening, keep refrigerated and use within 10 days.
