The porcini mushroom is the king of mushrooms, known and appreciated for its persuasive taste and its great crunchiness. The finest quality of porcini mushrooms is known as the "black head" due to its head tending to brown and extraordinarily fleshy. Our black-headed porcini mushrooms are handcrafted as soon as they are picked in order to keep all their precious characteristics intact, cut in half and preserved whole in olive oil.
Ingredients
Porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis and related group) 60%, Olive oil 38%, Wine vinegar, Salt, Water, Natural flavors, Citric acid and Ascorbic acid.
Pairing
Excellent for a refined appetizer. Try it in combination with roasted ham.
