One of the most refined sauces ever to bring to the table. Our Bernese is handcrafted according to the traditional recipe.


Sunflower oil (origin EU), pasteurized whole egg (origin Italy) 17%, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, sugar, salt, onion, aromatic herbs (tarragon, chervil) 0,3%, black pepper. Preservative: sorbic acid. It may contain traces of sulfites.


Excellent as an accompaniment to fine cuts of meat such as veal fillet. Exceptional also accompanied with fish, in particular with salmon.


Keep in a cool, dry and protected from light place. After opening, keep refrigerated and use within 10 days.
