Delicate sauce of Provencal origin based on mayonnaise and garlic, our aioli is handcrafted strictly following the traditional recipe.
Ingredients
Sunflower oil (origin EU), pasteurized whole egg (origin Italy) 11%, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, garlic (EU origin) 1,5%, sugar, salt. Preservative: sorbic acid.
Pairing
Thanks to its tasty but not intrusive taste, it is ideal as an accompaniment to fish dishes such as cod or sea bream.
Preservation
Keep in a cool, dry and protected from light place. After opening, keep refrigerated and use within 10 days.
