The line includes Cream of Parmesan DOP and Butter with truffles (made with 8% of truffle and storable outside the fridge), Salt with truffle, White truffle cream, Truffle sauce and White truffle cream with porcini mushrooms. The range is completed by the classic Oil with truffle 10 cl and by finest Acacia honey flavored with truffles, ideal pairing for all kind of cheese. The delicate Olives and Truffles cream, ideal to spread on a crouton or for a tasty pasta dish, enters CATALOGUE 2020. Another novelty is represented by the Black Truffle Sauce (similar to the Truffle Sauce but without the addition of capers and anchovies). The last new product is the precious Truffle Slices, a wonderful sliced truffle, able to perfectly replace the fresh truffle. A completely handmade product, ready to be used on countless dishes: finger food, spaghetti, eggs, fondue and tartar. Exceptional pairing also with fish dishes (bass, shrimp, scallops).
