Green Pepper, Mustard and Tartar are perfect on grilled or barbecued meat, a tasty bourguignonne or a succulent dish of mixed boiled meats. Cocktail sauce and Mayonnaise, thanks to their velvety and delicate taste, make an excellent accompaniment to fish. Finally, Tonnata (Tuna) sauce is absolutely delicious when served with meat dishes (such as vitello tonnato – veal in tuna sauce) and many other original and tempting recipes.
