In order to exalt the quality of one of the most famous food all over the world, we thought to an handcraft kind of pasta, with an excellent cooking resistance, prepared following a traditional recipe with a basis of protein-rich durum wheat semolina, water, various ingredients – spinaches, turmeric, red chard, rosemary – without preservatives, food dyes, allergens, OGM.
