With this line, we offer a vast cheese selection, comprising some traditional Piedmontese specialities and other varieties from the excellent Italian cheese-making tradition. The result is a delicious medley of flavours and recipes, some of which are quite simple while others are more contemporary and inspired by the latest fine dining trends.

The lavish selection comprises traditional cheese varieties flavoured with spices and herbs, enticing cheeses with chilli pepper and, last but not least, cheeses preserved with precious truffle shavings (Tubermagnatum Aestivum). All of our cheeses are preserved in vegetable seed oil, which is better suited for the purpose of food preservation than olive oil.
