Pesto of exceptional quality, produced strictly following the rules of tradition with 35% of DOP Genoese basil.
Ingredients
Genoese basil DOP 35%, Extravirgin olive oil 30%, Cashews, Cheese, Grana padano cheese (milk, rennet, salt, Lysozyme: natural protein extracted from egg), Pecorino cheese, Whey, garlic, pine nuts, salt. Acidity regulator: citric acid.
Pairing
Unsurpassed with the inevitable trofie. Also try it with gnocchi or as a condiment for lasagna.
Preservation
Keep in a cool, dry and protected from light place. After opening, keep refrigerated and use within few days.
