Peaches, Macaroons and Cocoa

Description
This quality extra jam is prepared using the best seasonal peaches, macaroons and cocoa. The fruit content is very high (120%). In fact, 120 g of peaches are used to produce 100 g of jam. The peaches, abundant and in pieces, are combined with amaretti and cocoa for a really tasty recipe, typical of the Piedmontese tradition.
Ingredients
Peaches (120g x 100g of product), cane sugar, almonds macaroons 3% (cane sugar, almond 30%, egg whites), cocoa powder 0,5% (cocoa powder, acidity regulator: potassium carbonate). It may contain traces of peanut, milk other nuts and sesame.
Pairing
Ideal for spreading or for the preparation of cakes and pies. Also perfect to eat alone, as a dessert.
Preservation
Keep in a cool, dry and protected from light place. After opening, keep refrigerated and use within few days.
