Soft, genuine and tasty, our cakes are a product of absolute quality.  We point out that the LANGA CAKE (produced with 46% of Piedmont I.G.P. hazelnuts and delicious chocolate flakes) is GLUTEN FREE. When the hazelnut cake is brought to our tables, ZABAIONE can never miss. Fantastic pairing with hazelnut cakes, it is also perfect with biscuits or to be enjoyed alone for a break full of flavor and authenticity.
