The fruits used for preparations comes from the generous and sunny hills of the Roero (except the small fruits that come from Cuneo area and the sicilian oranges). It is carefully selected and processed by hand, according to ancient local traditions is order to keep all its genuine goodness intact. From this year the elegant 1800 g jar is also available.
